How we work

Editorial & Research Standards

Healvo content is produced by the Healvo Research Team. Here is the standard every article and product page is held to — so you can trust what you read and what you take.

Evidence first — human trials, not marketing

Every health claim we publish is traced to peer-reviewed research, and wherever possible to randomized controlled trials in humans. We name the study, the year, the sample size, and the dose used. If the evidence is preliminary or animal-only, we say so.

Doses matched to the research

We do not hide actives inside a proprietary blend. Each ingredient is published with its exact dose and standardization, and we deliberately formulate to the dose used in the cited trial — not a fraction of it — so the research actually applies to what is in the bottle.

Quality you can verify

For the mushroom line: 100% fruiting body, never mycelium on grain, beta-glucan measured by the Megazyme method on every lot. For every product: each active and excipient disclosed with its amount, and third-party testing on every batch.

Reviewed for accuracy

Articles are written and reviewed by the Healvo Research Team against the underlying literature before publishing, and revisited as new trials are published. When a page is materially updated, we stamp the revision date.
