Compare Coffee, Matcha and Caffeine Formulas

Compare the ingredient specification, availability and caffeine status of each formula. Morning Ritual is available and specifies 140 mg L-theanine with 2.5 g freeze-dried Arabica coffee; its proposed target of 70 mg caffeine per serving awaits final testing and label confirmation. Morning Ritual Matcha+ and ClearMind Lift are coming soon. Their specifications describe tea and a 100 mg caffeine plus 200 mg L-theanine capsule formula respectively, rather than completed lot tests. Research using varied caffeine and L-theanine doses does not establish an optimal ratio, a jitter-free experience or a finished-product effect. Count caffeine from all sources and review product cautions before choosing a formula.

Ingredient research and its limits

The finished Healvo formula has not been tested in these trials. Ingredient studies do not establish its effects, an individual result or a time to benefit. Amounts shown are manufacturing specifications; follow the final product label.

Freeze-dried Arabica coffeeHealvo amount per serving2,500 mgManufacturing specification

Evidence gap in this review

No matching human trial is cited here for this 2.5 g coffee preparation producing a specific finished-drink result; the proposed 70 mg caffeine target awaits final testing and label confirmation. This is a limit of the evidence presented, not a claim that no studies exist.
Lion’s Mane fruiting body extractHealvo amount per serving750 mgManufacturing specificationStudied dose and preparationMori et al., 2009

Four 250 mg tablets, three times daily (3 g tablets/day)

Tablets containing 96% dried Hericium erinaceus powder

Participants and duration

30 Japanese adults aged 50–80 with mild cognitive impairment

16 weeks, plus 4 weeks of follow-up

Findings and limits

Cognitive-scale scores were higher than placebo at weeks 8, 12 and 16, then fell after treatment stopped.

Limit: This small study used dried powder, not our fruiting-body extract. There is no validated powder-to-extract dose conversion or established result for our formula.

Cordyceps militaris fruiting body extractHealvo amount per serving500 mgManufacturing specification

Evidence gap in this review

No matching human trial is cited here for a 500 mg serving of this Cordyceps extract alone for energy or endurance; studies of other mushroom blends do not establish this result. This is a limit of the evidence presented, not a claim that no studies exist.
L-theanineHealvo amount per serving140 mgManufacturing specificationStudied dose and preparationHidese et al., 2019

200 mg/day before sleep

Suntheanine L-theanine tablets

Participants and duration

30 adults aged 20–69 without major psychiatric illness

4 weeks per condition in a crossover trial

Findings and limits

Some self-reported sleep subscales improved relative to placebo. Broader stress-score improvements were mainly within the L-theanine condition.

Limit: Our 140 mg amount differs from the cited 200 mg dose, and coffee is a different intervention. No optimal caffeine-to-theanine ratio or jitter prevention is established for Morning Ritual. Our material is not confirmed as the studied branded preparation.

Citicoline (CDP-choline)Healvo amount per serving500 mgManufacturing specificationStudied dose and preparationNakazaki et al., 2021

500 mg/day

Cognizin branded citicoline preparation

Participants and duration

100 adults aged 50–85 with age-associated memory impairment

12 weeks

Findings and limits

Secondary episodic-memory and composite-memory outcomes improved relative to placebo.

Limit: The amount is the same numerical dose; our citicoline is not confirmed as the studied branded preparation. The study does not establish acute focus or a finished-formula result.

Hydrolyzed bovine collagen peptidesHealvo amount per serving3,000 mgManufacturing specification

Evidence gap in this review

No matching human trial is cited here for this bovine collagen preparation and 3 g serving producing a specific result in our coffee blend; it makes the formula unsuitable for vegans. This is a limit of the evidence presented, not a claim that no studies exist.
MCT oil powderHealvo amount per serving500 mgManufacturing specification

Evidence gap in this review

No matching human trial is cited here for 500 mg of this MCT powder producing an energy or cognitive result in the finished coffee blend. This is a limit of the evidence presented, not a claim that no studies exist.
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol)Healvo amount per serving25 mcg (1,000 IU)Manufacturing specification

Evidence gap in this review

No matching human trial is cited here for 25 mcg (1,000 IU) vitamin D3 within this finished coffee blend producing a specific outcome. This is a limit of the evidence presented, not a claim that no studies exist.
Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin)Healvo amount per serving100 mcgManufacturing specification

Evidence gap in this review

No matching human trial is cited here for 100 mcg vitamin B12 within this finished coffee blend producing a specific outcome. This is a limit of the evidence presented, not a claim that no studies exist.

Common Questions

Frequently asked

How much caffeine is in Morning Ritual?

Does a 2:1 L-theanine-to-caffeine ratio prevent jitters?

No optimal ratio or guarantee against jitters has been established for Morning Ritual. Studies use varied interventions, and its final caffeine amount is still pending confirmation.

Can I combine caffeine capsules with coffee?

Count caffeine from all sources and follow the final label and any clinician-advised limits. ClearMind Lift is coming soon and specifies 100 mg caffeine per serving. L-theanine does not cancel caffeine effects.
