What is the difference between fruiting body and mycelium on grain?
The fruiting body is the visible mushroom; mycelium is the network of fungal threads. Mycelium grown on grain may include starch from the substrate, but amounts vary. Healvo's current mushroom specifications call for fruiting-body ingredients. A study of one preparation does not establish the effect of another.
What are beta-glucans and why does the percentage matter?
Beta-glucans are polysaccharides found in mushrooms and other sources. A 30% specification for a 500 mg ingredient corresponds to 150 mg beta-glucan by calculation. That percentage alone does not prove a health benefit or a finished-batch test result. Current product pages list manufacturing-specification amounts and standards; batch records are not yet published for every formula.
Are your products third-party tested?
Healvo has an independent batch-testing policy. Current product pages do not yet publish a finished-batch COA for every formula, so a manufacturing specification should not be read as a completed test. See the Certificates of Analysis page for the request process and ask for the record matching your lot number.
Where are the current formulas manufactured?
Our Wave 1 manufacturing specification names Richtek Ltd. in Dalian, China. Check the finished product label for the country of manufacture.
Are your products vegan?
Not all formulas are vegan. Morning Ritual contains bovine collagen; Collagen Peptides + C also contains bovine collagen, and Omega-3 Triple Strength contains fish oil. HPMC capsule shells alone do not establish that a whole formula is vegan. Check each finished product label.
Are your products gluten-free?
The current mushroom specifications call for fruiting-body ingredients rather than grain-grown mycelium. Check each finished product label for allergens and any verified gluten-free statement; lot-level allergen results are not published for every product.
What's in the capsules besides the actives?
Current product pages disclose the available capsule ingredients and formula amounts. Some excipients and capsule counts remain subject to supplier confirmation; use the finished label for the definitive list.
When do the coming-soon products ship?
We don't publish dates until product is on the shelf. Join the waitlist on any coming-soon page and we'll email you the day it ships — nothing else, ever.
Does Hydrate Electrolytes have sugar?
No. It is sweetened only with monk fruit extract; there is no sugar, stevia, erythritol or other sugar alcohol. The Unflavored version has no sweetener at all.
Do I need to load creatine?
No. 5 g a day saturates muscle stores in about 3–4 weeks. Loading only gets you there faster and is optional.
Does the probiotic need refrigeration?
No. The three strains are stabilised at very low water activity in a desiccant-integrated bottle and count is guaranteed to expiry at room temperature. Store below 25 °C with the lid tight.
Using Our Products
How long until I feel effects?
Effects vary by ingredient, person and finished formula. Caffeine may act acutely; the onset of a mushroom, collagen or omega-3 benefit from Healvo products has not been established. Check each product page and speak with a healthcare professional about questions specific to you.
What time of day should I take them?
Take ClearMind with food and Daily Calm with the morning meal. Prepare Morning Ritual in the morning. Mix Daily Mushrooms into coffee, cocoa or a smoothie. Take ZenRest 45-60 minutes before bed with food containing dietary fat. Follow each finished product label.
Can I take multiple products together?
Compare ingredient lists first. ClearMind and Morning Ritual both contain citicoline; Morning Ritual and Immune Support contain vitamin D; several formulas contain Reishi; both ZenRest formulas contain glycine. Ask a healthcare provider before combining products, especially if you take medication.
Should I take them with food?
Take ClearMind with food, Daily Calm with the morning meal, and ZenRest with food containing dietary fat. Mix Daily Mushrooms into a flavorful carrier. Follow the preparation instructions and finished label for each product.
Are there any interactions with medications?
Anyone pregnant or nursing, under 18, on prescription medication (especially blood thinners, blood-pressure or diabetes medication, SSRIs or sedatives), or with kidney, heart or immune conditions should consult a healthcare provider first. Each product page lists its specific cautions.

How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping delivers in 3–5 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $50.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll issue a full refund. No questions asked.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We can modify or cancel orders that haven't shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible at the email in the footer. Once an order has shipped, it follows our standard return policy.
Science & Research
Are supplements FDA approved?
Dietary supplements are not FDA approved before sale in the way medicines are. Manufacturers are responsible for product safety and truthful labeling. Statements about these products have not been evaluated by the FDA; they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Where can I read the research behind each product?
The six available formulas show an evidence note for each active ingredient. Cited human studies separate the studied dose, preparation, participants and duration from our manufacturing-specification amount. Where a matching trial is not cited, the note explains the gap. Our editorial standards explain these limits.
Do these supplements really work?
Ingredient research varies by preparation, dose, population and measured outcome. The finished Healvo formulas have not been tested in the cited ingredient trials, so those studies cannot establish their effects or when an individual will notice a benefit. Read each product’s evidence notes and cautions before use.
