If you're looking for an electrolyte supplement for training, heat or long days, the question is not "how many electrolytes" but "which ones, in what ratio, with what else". Sodium is the electrolyte you lose most in sweat and the one most drink mixes under-dose to keep the taste mild; Hydrate Electrolytes delivers 750 mg, split between sodium chloride and sodium citrate so it tastes clean and sits well on an empty stomach. Potassium (375 mg) and magnesium (60 mg from a fully reacted bisglycinate) cover the cellular side of fluid balance. There is no sugar, no stevia and no sugar alcohols — only monk fruit — and every mineral is printed by elemental amount and %DV. Dissolve one stick fully in 12–16 oz of water. Stack it with Creatine Monohydrate on training days and ZenRest Recovery in the evening.

Sodium is the dominant electrolyte lost in sweat; replacing it with fluid restores plasma volume faster than water alone. Potassium and magnesium support the cellular side of fluid balance and normal muscle contraction.
Amounts are shown per complete serving.
Sodium
750 mg
450 mg from sodium chloride + 300 mg from trisodium citrate
Primary sweat electrolyte; the citrate fraction buffers pH and GI tolerance
Potassium
375 mg
From potassium chloride, USP/FCC
Intracellular fluid balance and muscle contraction
Magnesium bisglycinate
60 mg elemental
Fully reacted chelate, 11–14% elemental Mg confirmed by FTIR and glycine assay per lot
Neuromuscular function; gentle on the gut

Sodium is the dominant electrolyte in sweat, typically 500–1,500 mg per litre. Drink mixes that offer 100–200 mg are sized for flavour, not replacement. 750 mg replaces a meaningful fraction of a hard session's loss; if you eat a low-sodium diet or are not sweating, use it less often.
In a powder dissolved fully in water, yes for healthy adults; the 99 mg caution on some labels applies to solid potassium tablets, which can irritate the gut. Always dissolve the stick completely, and consult your physician if you have kidney disease or take potassium-sparing medication.
Identical minerals. Citrus-Raspberry adds citric acid, natural flavours and monk fruit; Unflavored has none of those and mixes into anything. Both use rice hull concentrate to keep the powder free-flowing.
Yes. One stick a day is designed for daily use; on very long or hot sessions a second stick, spread across the day with plenty of water, is reasonable for most people.
Bisglycinate is a fully reacted chelate that is gentle on the gut and well absorbed; oxide is cheap, poorly absorbed and laxative at dose. We verify the chelate on every lot rather than accepting a blended product.
