Shipping Policy
Free standard shipping on all US orders over $50.
Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time
Standard shipping is delivered within 3–5 business days after processing. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery. Delivery estimates are provided for reference and are not guaranteed — we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.
Shipping costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 are charged a flat standard shipping rate, calculated at checkout. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost shown at checkout.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses. We do not yet ship internationally. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Order changes and tracking
We can modify or cancel orders that haven't shipped yet — contact us as soon as possible at support@realshrooms.com. Once an order ships, you can track it using the link in your confirmation email. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, contact us and we'll help resolve it.
